2011 Conference Exhibitor Booth Selection

Thank you for exhibiting at the 2nd Annual JEN Conference in New Orleans, LA!

The exhibit booth(s) you have purchased will be located in either the Crescent City or Waldorf-Astoria Ballrooms on the Mezzanine level of the Roosevelt Hotel and are open to all exhibit eligible membership levels of JEN. Booths are 10’x10’ with an 8’ backdrop and 3’ side dividers and includes one skirted 6’ table, two chairs, a 7"x 44" exhibitor I.D. sign, a wastebasket, and two badges/credentials. Both halls are carpeted. Electricity is not included in the exhibit hall fee.

At this time, we are asking for you to request your top three exhibit booth spaces by completing the form below.

Once you have completed this online form we will forward information to Freeman Services and you will receive an exhibitor package containing all necessary information for additional items and details for shipping product to the show.

You will also want to reserve a room at the Roosevelt Hotel if you have not already done so. Rooms are selling out very quickly!
