Accepting Band Registrations for February 2012

Festival Weekend:
Friday, Feb. 10: Evening Clinician-mentored Jam Session (optional) at the Kiefer Blvd Round Table Pizza
Saturday Feb. 11: Band performances, Clinics, Jazz Workshop, Awards Ceremony at Sacramento State University
Sunday, Feb. 12: Sacramento Traditional Jazz Society’s (STJS) Jazz Sunday Concert at the nearby Dante Club

Featured Guest: New York Trombonist John Allred.
All-Star Clinicians: Bill Dendle, Bob Draga, Eddie Erickson, Steve Homan, Jason Wanner & more.
Study Materials for Festival Bands: From the TJYBF home page, select the TJEN link for educational information and resources. Thanks to STJS Trad Jazz Camp Director Bill Dendle, registered band directors will be given a password to access additional study materials at the STJS Trad Jazz Camp link.

Festival Scholarships: Over $4,500 in scholarships and awards

Registration: $100 per combo. Open to Elem/MS, HS, College and Aggregate small jazz ensembles. Discounted rate of $80 for returning bands until the December 15, 2011, registration deadline. Late Registration fees apply as space permits until January 15th.
