If your credit card is being declined, it is generally due to an AVS mismatch with the information on file at your bank. Your billing information must match exactly with the information on file with the bank that issued your credit card. If our web system is receiving an AVS mismatch, it is not an issue within the JEN system. Your credit card is being declined by the bank that issued the card and we cannot override a bank's decision to decline your card.

You may use any credit card you choose. However, please be certain the information in the billing area of your order matches the information on file with the bank that issued your card exactly.
