Membership Levels
•If you are not a current member of JEN and wish to join the network, click the link to join below the membership level you prefer and follow the on screen instructions to complete your membership purchase.
•If your membership has expired and you are attempting to renew, please be advised you will not be able to log into the website with your old password. Please proceed as if you are purchasing a NEW membership by clicking on the JOIN button, (without logging into the site), and selecting the membership category you wish to renew under. Further, once your new membership purchase is processed, your account will need to become active, since the account had lapsed. This process may take up to twenty-four hours.
•If you are a current member and wish to renew your current membership, log into the website and select the level at which you wish to renew and follow the instructions as provided in the check out process as if you were purchasing a new membership. Your assistance in providing an annual update to your profile during this process as requested, allows us to be certain we are able to continue to send important notices and information related to your membership benefits!
•Need to Send a check? You can do that! Just follow through the process online to set up your membership purchase. When you are prompted to choose between Send a Check and Use a Credit Card, select SEND A CHECK. Once you click SUBMIT to finalize the order, the system will generate an automated invoice directly to the contact email which you input into the system when building the order. You can then use that invoice to mail in your check and/or submit it in relation to a purchase order at your institution if needed.
•When selecting Pay with a Credit Card, be certain the address you input matches the address on file with your banking institution exactly. Many credit cards are declined due to the mismatch of information on file at your bank resulting in an AVS mismatch through our security system.
•Do you wish to use a different address for your contact information than the address on file related to the credit card you are attempting to use? If so, place that information in the SHIPPING ADDRESS area of the order. In the BILLING area of the order, credit card information must match the address exactly as it appears on file at your banking institution in order for your order to be succesfully processed.
